After the leader was chosen, everything began to return to normal. Seulki now sits on a throne, along with his wife and two beautiful sons. The land has bloomed into a beautiful kingdom that sits between two mountains. As far as he's concerned, no one was poor in his land. Everyone had food on their table and roof over their head, and if one could not afford either, he would offer his dinner and a place to rest in his castle.

His castle wasn't huge, but it certainly is wide. It consists of his home, his servants' resting place, and a big field for the monthly offering prayer to the Gods. He also opened a school for children of a certain age, where they learn how to read and write. He often visits the village, going to his civilian's home and making sure they're living well. Everyone was happy with their king. His faith and modesty had earned him a reputation of a saint.

The two sons, Shinji and Shinchil, both grew to be handsome and charismatic. Not only known for their looks, they both have golden hearts just like their father. They accompany their father whenever he visits the village and they often gift small things to children. Shinji was known to be more athletic and outgoing, always training with the soldiers and hosting parties for the people. Shinchil, on the other hand, prefers to write poetries and read in the garden. He is often accompanied by the young gardener the same age of his named Chayoung.

Chayoung, fuelled by his fascination with flowers, became a skilled gardener, often arranges bouquet for the queen and for banquets and prayers. Often looked frowned upon because of his height, he proved himself worthy of being a castle servant by being the best gardener in the land. He knows the meaning of every flower known to exists, and often gifts Shinchil some of his personally grown flowers. He always admired the king because he gets to see Nature face to face. He too, hoped he would see her to bless him.

Shinchil and Chayoung, after their few bonding times in the garden, inevitably became close friends. Now they're both inseparable to the point where Chayoung would sometimes spend time in Shincil's private study room. With all the gestures they both share with each other, their feelings grew into something deeper.

As days went by their behaviour towards each other changed. Holding hands, caressing each other's hair, forehead kisses, anything to show affection, they do it. Shinchil would sing Chayoung to sleep while the other male rests on his lap. Chayoung would swing by, bringing him tea and scold his lover for staying up late (even though he himself stayed up late to accompany Shinchil).

No one suspected the prince and the gardener to have some sort of a romantic fling behind closed doors, that's just how good they both are at keeping their relationship secret. Unfortunately, one person started having suspicions and sadly, this went unnoticed by both Shinchil and Chayoung. Somehow they slipped up, gave a clear picture of what type or relationship they had to this person and when the next sun rises, Shinchil was called by Seulki.

"You called for me, father?" He gave a slight bow.

"Yes," Seulki said, signaling the guards to go out the door. "Please leave us both alone."

The guards merely nodded before exiting the throne room.

Shinchil took a deep breath, afraid of what's going to come as he had his suspicions. "What's going on?"

"What is the relationship you and Chayoung both have?" Seulki asked calmly.

"We're just friends. Why did you-"

"I did not raise you to be dishonest! I ask you once again, are you and Chayoung something more than friends!?"

Shinchil widened his eyes in shock, unable to figure out how did his father know about his activities behind closed doors.
