Chapter 5

"So what happened? Did he ask you out?" Natasha asked when I got to school. "I'm angry at you. You left me alone with him!!" I spat out at her. "Oh come on! You enjoyed it! So did he?" She asked again. "We kissed," I said walking away. She started screaming and squealing. It was really embarrassing because we were in the cafeteria at the time. "Please shut up Nattie!!" I said with anger. "It's not a big deal," I walked back to class and she followed me there. "It is! It was your first kiss!!" She said out loud. Unfortunately, Kyle was in the same class as me so he heard what Natasha said. I saw him walking towards us and I got really nervous. "Who kissed you?" I heard him say. "No one Kyle. Leave me alone ugh." I said trying to avoid his question.

That whole morning I didn't talk to anyone but Natasha. "Pey," I turned around to see King standing behind me. "Heyy!" I replied.

He opened his arms gesturing that he wanted a hug. And of course I went in for it. This may sound wierd but it was magical. I felt his arms wrap around my waist. He pulled me closer and whispered 'I missed you' in my ear. Neither of us wanted to break away from the hug. I slowly closed my eyes. None of us said anything until the enemy walked past.

"SMALLIE! WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH HIM!?" it was Kyle being a douchebag as always. I quickly let go of King. "You two are dating, aren't you?" He said repeatedly. King and I didn't say a word, we stood there like two mimes. "No we aren't Kyle," I finally said. "So why were you hugging?" He asked. King replied," Is it a crime a hug a very beautiful girl?" I blushed.

King took my hand and intertwined it with his. He started walking and I followed. "You really think I'm beautiful?" I asked him. "Of course I do," he replied with a grin. He took me to the bench by the track field. "What are we doing here?" I asked after a silence that occured. "Nothing," he replied with a smirk. He sat down and put me on his lap. I smiled at him. King looked into my eyes with his hazel eyes. I couldn't stop blushing so I just closed my eyes. I felt him pull me in closer and put his arms on my back. After a few moments I felt his lips touch mine. Next thing, his tongue was in my mouth. I had butterflies in my tummy. Even though we were in the open, we continued kissing. I was gasping for air when I felt his arm touching my thigh. His tongue kept on caressing mine. I let out a moan while he kissed my neck. I wrapped my arms around his neck. King's hands were all over my body. At a time his hand went up my shirt but I really didn't care. I guess he ran out of breath cause he stopped suddenly. I gazed at him with puppy dog eyes begging him to continue, but he just gave me a little peck and lifted me up and put me next to him. "Doing nothing is fun, isn't it?" He asked with a cheeky grin.

He stood up and took something out of his backpack. It was a note that read :

'I haven't known you for a long time but you are the most beautiful and wonderful person I have met. Now look up at me'

I looked at him and he said to me, "Peyton, will you be my girlfriend?" I smiled and replied, "Of course I will." I stood up and kissed him.
