Amal walked to his first period Social Studies class, thinking about how to win Ashley's heart.
He was breaking up inside, trying to decide whether he wanted to put everything on the line for a dare. So many things could happen. The worst case scenario, he pondered, was that Ashley could reject him...and never speak to him again. He had a lot to lose. But, then again, he had a lot to gain...if he could pull it off.
Amal didn't know how the dare was going to turn out. What he did know, was that whatever he got to do during this one week, he was going to make it count.
Unfortunately, he was clueless about how to start.
Dammit, somebody help me already, he thought.
