I heard his voice whisper goodnight to me as my eyes slowly began to shut, I reopened them seeing his eyes glaring into mine. I said goodnight back then he ended the call. This is a story about a young teenage girl falling for a boy who live 1000's of miles away from her. But events cause problems in there relationship, will they be able to even be friends? After all they are, a world apart.

Raziah (pronounced ruh-zy-uh) was ready to get away from all the hate of her hometown and move somewhere far away where she could start over. And what better place than a tiny town in the middle of nowhere in a foreign country across the world? In Raziah's eyes, this was the perfect location to start anew and live life the way she wanted. After working for years to save up money, she buys her ticket to freedom and disappears in the middle of the night. In her new town, she slowly connects with its people one at a time, starting with her landlords, Albe and Calta Baxley in their inn. Through them, she finds two jobs to sustain her life after her savings runs out and learns how to navigate her new life in this foreign town.
