When I was in first grade in elementary, I remember this one girl who came up to me and told me that she hated my hair and that I should try to find other hairstyles such as straightening it. The second I've got this comment, I've never stopped thinking about my hair. I would always think that it was ugly and not pretty enough for people to like it... (482 words)

This is my entry for #AussomeHair I was always nervous about leaving my hair out and still am. I would take forever to do my hair because I can never make up my mind, not satisfied with how it looks. But I have grown to be less self-conscious and adore my messy, floofy hair. Please enjoy!♥

The rest of the world had straight hair and her mom thought it was too dangerous for Lola to let her hair down. So, she has to wear a hat every day out in public but what will happen if she forgets one time? ( 330 words)
