I was 5 moths in Toronto, Canada, hopefully having perfected my English. During that time, I had a teacher who had us write every other week for a thing he called "Open Mic" where we shared the things we've written. The story starts out in the fifties when a 15 year old girl is visiting her dad's science lab and finds a strange object, a chair inside a large circle. so she gets tired of working so she takes a break and dosent know any better and sits on the chair and her dad doesn't know she's on the chair and flips a switch. five seconds later, Ruth Roberts finds herself in a strange place with strange people. She doesn't know, but she's in the year 2013! she has to get back home or she'll be in a lot of trouble.
