Elsie is sure she is normal. Yes, her hair is naturally pink, but that can be overlooked. She may be able to breath underwater, but other people can do that, right? Oh, and wherever she goes, animals follow. But she's perfectly normal. Unless the strange girl in the woods is telling the truth. Unless she really is one of the Beyonds.

"I was modified to hate him, hate all of them. I was suppose to have every single red flag alarmed at simply the sight of him. I was suppose to despise him with every piece of me but as I looked at him I knew that was simply not true. He was a lot of things but someone I hated was not one of them.
