My name is Silvermist Sparkle and this is my backstory and a little about me

Darkness. Shadows. Hollow ghosts whispering into the air. I could see many others like me, who I guess was once my kin, the Crystal Ponies. But I could not speak to them; neither could I understand their whispers, sounding like wind stirring upon dead leaves. Their eyes are hollow. No happiness, no love, just broken spirits meandering upon this cursed land, cursed, cursed, cursed. We are cursed to wander in this already dying kingdom, until one day may a saviour break that curse. But to us, there is no hope. None. I do not wish to hope either. For hope is a dangerous thing; it offers peace and freedom to us, yet always dances beyond our hooves, or perhaps snatched away by one if he is as cruel as the Black-hearted one. Cruel, hope is cruel. So we wander in this cursed land, as years pass away outside. I do not know how fast the years pass by, or how long we have already been trapped in this land. All the years merge into one split second, yet every second that passes by is as agonizing as a thousand years. Do you know me now? I think not… I have ghosted through the years and have yet to wait for one that truly understands our plight… Ah, but perhaps you will, if you have read our story --- And here it is.

The first book to my "My Little Pony: The Future" fanfiction series. It is years later after season 7 of MLP, and ponies have love, jobs, and children. Starlight Glimmer, now married to Sunburst, and a mom, with a child that shows a great example to the expression, "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree". Her daughter, Scroll Star, is quite magical, and had many friends, until something happened that changed it all. What other drama can happen for being a lot like Starlight Glimmer, one of Equestria's most powerful ponies, who made a whole village of ponies get rid of their curie marks, stalk Princess Twilight, who became Starlight's mentor, AND went back in time to make sure Twilight Sparkle's friendship doesn't happen, due to a problem in her old friendship, involving Sunburst? NOTE: Fluttershy's family's story is based on DisneyFanatic2364's fan-fics. DO NOT OWN THAT! POST-NOTE: This story was first published in June, 2017. Any changes that were made to a character in episodes after "The Perfect Pear" will not be changed in the story. For example, if Starlight DOES become a princess, which would be very interesting, it would not be in this story. I apologize for that, but remember, this IS a fan-fiction, not an MLP episode. Also 9th in Equestria :3

The CMC are going to the Crystal Empire for a special task given to them by the all important Princess Cadence. The CMC know the task ahead may be long and hard but, Apple Bloom's will help the team get it all together and finish the hard task ahead of them.
