But he couldn't help the shock that settled within him as he stared into Brendon's cold eyes, pleading silently for him to take back his weighted words; for things to go back to being good---or at least what he thought was good. But Brendon wouldn't; he just wasn't that kind of person. - In which Brendon breaks Dallon's heart so Dallon gets back at him in the most reckless way he can while Mikey tries to patch him up.
