They wanted to harness the ultimate power. Quirks helped enhance the player's decks, giving them special abilities to defeat opponents, and dealing even more damage. Izuku Midoriya's class was accepted into U.A to be heroes. Yugi Muto's class was accepted into U.A to be duelists. Both classes didn't realize how much their destinies were intertwined.
