a different book of ed sheeran oneshots. it is a bunch of oneshots with the same couple, autumn and ed, leaving several situations requested by you, so it is like normal story but made with oneshot/imagine requests.  "i want you to know that's enough for me, 'cause all that you are is all that i'll ever need." © checkyesmichael, 2015.

(Oneshot based off of Don't, with song references through the years) X He looked up as I neared him, the coughing of the motor drowning out my words, but they were audible. His eyes were red and so was his right cheek, and they were glazed over with hurt and tipsiness. His face made my breath go ragged, it was so pained and I wanted nothing more than to fix him. "You can’t drive like this," I said, as he looked down to where his feet were resting on either side, swaying from alcohol. "I know," he said, "I know, ok," and his voice cracked at the end, as he let his head drop forward to the handlebars, jacket taught against his back so I could see every muscle move with the motion. I could see his back rise and fall with every breath as he willed himself to calm down, hold it together, but I knew he wasn’t going to be able to. "What happened?" I asked, as he looked up from the crook of his arm on the handlebar, meeting my eyes brokenly. "She cheated, Lauren, she fucking cheated."

Oneshot based off of Sam Smith's song, Stay With Me. // That was the thing about Ed, he could break my heart a million times, and each time, I’d pick up the pieces and put them back in his hands. I knew better than to stay and wait around for him to wake, rub the hangover from his eyes, and open them to see me in front of him, the girl who’d made him into this version of himself. He would feel guilty, he would take my hand in his and kiss it and apologize as if his very life depended on it, he would beg and plead me to come back, I knew he would. I also knew that I wouldn’t be able to fight it, he was very convincing, but I couldn’t do the same thing that had broken me once. I pried myself up from his inked arms as gently as I could, and he made an annoyed little sound into the pillow that made my heart break, it was almost like he knew. If I was going to come back into his life, and try again, it couldn’t be like this. //
