In the year 2145, individuals everywhere had extraordinary abilities. To preserve the lineage of pure supernatural talents, everyone beyond the age of fifteen who lacked any supernatural ability, as well as the ones who lost control of their powers and turned into monsters were deemed subhuman and disposed of with care. That was the Internationa Lab's decision - the organization that had the final say in every problem related to preserving humankind. However, no matter what this Lab was trying to save humankind, more and more people turned into destructive monsters and started to bring the Earth down with them.

The year is 1936. A new path unfolds for the United States, diverging from the path of rigid imperialism. Guided by the tenets of traditional Democracy, the American government seeks to preserve global stability through peaceful diplomacy, economic cooperation, and targeted intervention only where democracy has demonstrably failed. Following these interventions, the U.S. is committed to establishing sovereign provisional governments rather than permanent occupation. Yet, the ghost of the Monroe Doctrine looms large; the weight of morality battles with the American dream of continental security and expansion, forcing a complex struggle between the desire for a free world and the temptation of absolute influence.

On Christmas Eve, 1935, a cosmic shiver ran through the foundations of reality. Before the calendar could turn to 1936, the world as we knew it shattered. The great tapestries of the British Empire, the German Reich, the United States, and Imperial Japan were ripped apart into a thousand jagged fragments.
