The poem is about depression and how one fell into it trying to avoid it by being strong and bottling up feelings coz they didn't want to communicate their frustrations and hurt doing that trying to keep the peace with the closest to them by the way.

To say the least, this is a collection of my poetry written during my experiences fighting depression. Writing these poems have helped me through the darkest times, and maybe, just maybe they could help you. Or give you something to relieve boredom!

A collection of short stories, some written when I was very young, some written now that I am only slightly young. But young is relative. So is good writing. I hope you enjoy these stories.
