Milo Carter has spent his entire high school career chasing a dream that always seems just out of reach. He's fast, strong, and relentless-but in the world of basketball and track, talent alone isn't enough. Height. Favoritism. Politics. No matter how hard he trains, the starting lineup and the spotlight belong to someone else.
His senior year was supposed to be different. It was supposed to be his time. Instead, he's been benched, overlooked, and humiliated-left to wonder if he was ever meant to be great.
Then, by chance, he stumbles upon a game he never took seriously.
At first, ultimate frisbee seems like a joke. No coaches. No referees. Just players calling their own fouls and running like their lives depend on it. But when Milo sees a short, agile player dominate the field against taller opponents, something clicks. For the first time, the things that held him back in basketball and track don't seem to matter here.
With nothing to lose, Milo steps onto the field-unaware that he's about to enter a world just as competitive, ruthless, and electrifying as any sport he's ever known.
If the court won't take him, if the track won't crown him-then he'll carve his name into a new game.
But greatness won't come easy.
Because some rivalries never die.
And the one person standing in his way might be the last face he ever wanted to see.
Clutch-a sports story packed with intensity, rivalry, and the raw hunger to prove yourself.
Are you ready for the game?
