The emotions he had buried for years-sorrow, anger, and betrayal-erupted. A dim core within him cracked, spilling out light that grew brighter and hotter until it consumed him. The burning power overwhelmed his body, and he collapsed. When he awoke, the Chamber was gone. He stood instead on a cosmic plain, strange and otherworldly. And there, descending from the heavens, was a massive snow-white dragon wreathed in golden light. The dragon had been waiting for him. It would guide Harry in mastering his awakened gift-one that would change the Wizarding World forever.
