This is about checking up on your mental health With in this book it will ask a series of questions that you don't have to answer in the comments, just ask them to yourself once and awhile. I'm making this to try and help people who are going through a tough time and need to ask themselves if everything really is OK. This book will include mentions of mental heath questions and how to possibly help with all of it. Of course there will be warnings if necessary.

i got and get bullied because im goth or bisexual and ik im not the only one but if you get bullied stand up to them they arent worth your time you have better things to do yes we all have scars some more visible than others but dont let your scars upset you dont cut because your bullied yes it feels like it helps but it doesnt help at all it makes things worse for you in the future if you want to kill yourself think about the people who care about you and forget about the people who dont forget about them and what they did to you they are worthless they are a waste of your time dont let them upset you your not alone.... comment below whats wrong or text me on instagram my insta is goth_bvb_for_life or text me 361-222-1183 ill try my best to help you please let me try and help you and im a boy im 14 and i live in texas we can beat bullying
