She has the most useless superpower in a world full of amazing superpowered humans. She's a laughingstock, the butt of others jokes. That is until she starts using her power for her own purposes... no one is laughing now. ~ Al has always aspired to be a hero working at the Pillar, a law enforcement agency for Evolved to protect people from supervillains. It was her dream, she'd do anything to be a strong hero that can beat anyone. However, her Cific is useless - she has the ability to change colors. Which is great for color-coding documents and files; but completely powerless when fighting enemies or saving people from collapsing buildings. Despite her weakness, she pushed herself and managed to join the Pillar. Her dream job. It was one of the best days of Al's life. Years later though, she finds herself rotting away in the basement filing papers and mission reports for her coworkers. She's never been on a field assignment and her colleagues think she's a liability. Her boss brushes her off even though Al's a hero and should be saving people. Or, at least assisting others in their missions. Al knows, if given the chance, she can prove to everyone that she's strong enough to be the best. Maybe even better than Ultra Strike, the greatest Pillar of her time. People say he's next in line to take over the organization when the president resigns. No one looks down on him. So, when a disaster strikes and Al's precinct is called to action, she decides to ignore orders and, for the first time in her life, be the hero she's always known she could be. But what happens when she finds herself in over her head and needs another hero to rescue her? What are the consequences of her actions? Can she get stronger and prove to everyone, especially herself, that power is a matter of determination? How far can Al go before something breaks? Copyright 2021 Jessica Raitt All Rights Reserved

In the rain-soaked shadows of a fractured city, justice wears many masks. Born of secrets and forged in silence, Mckenzie Kyle (Wayne) is the hidden daughter of Gotham's most legendary vigilante. Raised by Selina Kyle her mother and trained in the shadows, she walks the line between legacy and rebellion - torn between the code of her father and the fire of her mother, whose feline instincts still echo in her blood. Now, as a new wave of corruption threatens to drown the city, Mckenzie must unite a fractured family of vigilantes - Batman, Catwoman, Nightwing, Robin, Oracle and Alfred - while confronting the truth of who she is and what she's willing to become. But the deeper she goes, the more the mask becomes her - and the vows she made at midnight may be the only thing keeping her from losing herself entirely.

A Compilation of the entire Original Storyline of The Fallen Rises. Consists of Novels 1 to 4 and a half, 65 chapters, 13 per book. I thought of sharing the entire compilation since I learned from a brilliant author who advised me about writing a book consisting of 20-30+ chapters. I decided to go for a try. A tale on Earth, time between past and future. A boy named Jordan Northern seeks with all his wonder, of what really happens to his father, he is told that he is killed by a Ruthless Emperor called Shadow Mist, and this he decides to become a guardian to stop him. However, as his journey goes on, his situation begins to deteriorate as he finds out the lies of what had happened that night, the traumas he had to go through over the years and mistakes he made that drove him to grow more as a guardian. Going from a young innocent boy who swore to avenge his father, to the warrior who promised to protect everyone, especially his loved ones. Here we dive in the beginning of The Boy Northern and how the story came to be.
