This is the third an final book in my Iron Lung Fanfiction Series. Please read the other two books before this one. We were sent to die in a little black box. Filament Station was gone. It wasn't our fault. But, we were given a deal: Go into the blood ocean in AT-5, bring back something the COI can test, and then we can go home... Or, die in prison. Our luck had run out. It was time to face the consequences of our actions.

Fresh off their victory against the Astrophage, Ryland Grace and Rocky are going back to Erid when a radio transmission comes alive in the Hail Mary. Cursewords that are being broadcasted from the moon orbiting Adrian. Intrigued by the unexpected call, the duo alters course, descending into a nightmare they never could have calculated: the Astrophage has mutated, liquefying the entire moon into an ocean of living blood. When Grace and Rocky plunge into the deep to answer the call, they pull out two survivors, two convicts.
