Intro Ishita with ten years old ashna (ishita and raman's daughter, surrogate baby ) and diya (ishita adopts a five year old indian girlwhen she goes out of bhalla house with the baby after ruhi's death ,she gives her equal love and affection as she givesto ashna ,ashna calls her didi )they lives in Australia . she lives a peaceful life with both her daughters but can never forget ruhi and bhalla family . she has a big clinic in Australia.
