This is a story about all the struggles I've faced throughout my life and how to this day i'm still struggling.

In this book, I discuss how overthinking can imprison you and how you can learn to stop these destructive thoughts. It takes courage and practice to realize that you have control over your thoughts. Practical techniques, such as literally saying "stop" to unwanted thoughts, organizing your thoughts by writing them down, and regaining control over your mental landscape, form the core of my approach. This is just the introduction to my book.
