A lot of things are close to what you know of the lands between but the biggest difference Is the existence of a new demigod. The first son of Marika and Radagon, yet he wasn't born by their blood he was reborn by it. (I will use gacha to make OC until I somehow get art, which I don't unless someone wants to make some)

Messmer x Tarnished (Reader/You) / The wooden end of your staff drags against stone as you lean heavily upon it, your body swaying dangerously. The wooden shaft groans under your weight as you struggle to remain standing. You lower yourself to one knee, the venom making your vision swim. "I can't fight you." Messmer footsteps echo across the distance as he approaches. "What manner of Tarnished... that wouldst not raise their staff?" Beneath his amusement lurks a deadly threat. / A graceless warrior enters the Shadow Keep. A lord of flame guards his solitude. Neither of you expected to find understanding in each other. As secrets unravel and duties clash, you both learn that everyone deserves a second chance - even a lord of shadow and flame, even a graceless Tarnished. Where will this path lead? / Slow burn and redemption.

The Tarnished Eowyn knows she is stuck in an endless cycle to become Elden Lord over and over. She breaks out of the Lands Between and finds herself in Thedas as the Herald of Andraste.

A story of an omen chosen by Miquella to be his consort, even if the omen doesn't want to be it. (All are will be mine, some stuff might be traced but I add my own stuff to it)

The fallen leaves tell a story. A story about a young Empyrean, who was on the brink of Godhood, yet felled, as only one God and Lord Consort could exist. As he faded away with his Lord brother, he saw a small, golden flicker, before the light overtook him. When he awoke, he found himself in a new land, unlike the Lands Between. Finding it difficult to assimilate into the new world, and seeing how much sadness and suffering the people experienced, he made up his mind, his plans unchanged. He would become God, and usher in the Age of Compassion, and make the world a gentler place. After all, he wasn't called Miquella the Kind for nothing. (I don't own Highschool DxD or Elden Ring)

What if you died in a fire but was reincarnated In another world? You would probably stay away from fire until you were able to overcome the fear right? Well that's what Y/N thought too but he didn't get the chance.
