Hikari Nogami was the Dragon prince, he is half human and half elemental dragon, he was born in Japan, one day he meet Daniela (fem Danny aka. Iron Fist) and Madoka (fem Mac aka. Scorpion) and they were great friends but they had developed fellings but what they didn't know that is Hikari knew the legacy of the Kamen Riders but one day there was an attack from a enemy of the Kamen Riders, Dai-Shocker, an evil organization where many kaijins defeated by the Kamen Riders they wanted to rule the multiverse, they wanted Hikari because he was half human and half dragon but whdn hope was lost he used a dimensional wall and sent him to New York City and he went to Central park but he crashed into something and he say a girl with glasses and brown hair seeing him then Hikari meet Petra Parker (fem Peter aka. Spider-Man) then one year Petra was bitten by a radioactive spider then she becomes into Spider-Girl meanwhile Hikari saw in his dream a person and he reconized as Kadoya Tsukasa aka. Kamen Rider Decade then he and the Heisei Riders give him his powers and he becomes into a Kamem Rider, two heroes fight in justice while Dai-Shocker returns and makes chaos in New York, Which fate will make those two heroes?

Peter Parker known as Spider-Man will turn round his life as he finds a book with masked heroes who protected Earth in the 70's named Kamen Rider and Super Sentai. Spiderman and other heroes belongs to Marvel. Kamen Rider and Super Sentai belongs to Toei.
