Nick, 18, is currently at University. Charlie, 16, is still at Truham. They talk every day and Charlie mentions that he only has one sweater left of Nick's that smells of him. Cue - 3rd December Nick turns up on Charlie's doorstep with more sweaters that smell of him.

Emma Black attends Truham Grammar School, focusing on her athletic abilities and trying to keep her sexuality as close to her chest as possible. Key word: Trying. She was outed along with her best friend, Charlie Spring. Life at school was difficult for them from the second it happened, and I'm sure it scared some people into staying closeted until after graduation. One person who felt that fear was Nick Nelson, the star rugby player at Truham who's trying to figure out his sexuality whilst falling in love with the bisexual swim captain, Emma Black. This is a story between Nick Nelson and a feminine reader pov. The reader pov is starting at Truham High School halfway through year 11.
