Kai and Cinder have waited years for a ceremony that would not only unite them as husband and wife, but one that would unite their two planets seemingly forever at war with each other. Years of preparation have led to this moment and nothing will ruin the day for either of the two. The universe gathers for the wedding of the century.

"My name is Cinder and I'm an addict. I'm 24 years old. I've been using for 7 years now. I've been arrested 26 times for drugs, theft and violence. I'm here because I'm a drug addict and I don't want to go to prison." That's it. That's how Cinder Linh would describe herself even after all she's been through. She started from the basics, age and name, and then went to what that has been her reality for the past 5 years. Drugs. Even the word itself sounded so strange coming out of her mouth. But when she thought about drugs, instantly the familiar feeling of desire came over her. If you didn't know that part of her - the addiction - you would think she had her life under control. Living in her own apartment, working as a bartender, having friends and family who loved her. That way, it almost sounded perfect. But it was far from it. However, her condition was not an irreversible one. Even though she felt as if there was no way back from her actions, one person makes her see the good in her and in her life. That person makes everything less horrible, that person changes her life without her even knowing. The question is how. She trusted no one, right? So how did that person come into her life so quickly? We all have issues, but the question is how do we solve them. "A Lunar Chronicles AU*

His Selene will reincarnate ten times, and if Kai can find her and make her to fall in love with him once more, he will be allowed to die by her side. If not, Kai will spend the rest of eternity as a slave to death. Kai has reached the final reincarnation-Cinder Linh-and is determined to win her over. But things may not be as easy as they seem. Will Kai convince his past lover to fall in love with him, or will he suffer damnation? A mostly modern-day AU revolving around Cinder and Kai with a hint of some very made up fairytales. Note: most of this stuff is all made up by me. If you actually know Chinese legends, kudos to you. These are mostly made by me. Also the wonderful characters in this story belong to the wonderful Marissa Meyer.

Sparkling black hair. Blood red eyes. Gauntly thin limbs and body. A weak underling. That was all Uzuri Usingizi was recognized for. Never had any accomplishments, no family to hold at night, and definitely no close people to stop her deranged actions. After all, who wanted to be friends when you were the personal servant of Queen Levana. So guys, I do not own 'The Lunar Chronicles'. I wish I did. I only own Uzuri Usingizi. (Her name translates to something regarding her character in Swahili!)
