Dan Howell goes to a mental hospital for 6 months after 5 years of self harm and commiting suicide. He happens to share room with Phil Lester, also with destructive behavior. But Phil doesn't hurt himself. He hurts the others. He doesn't have any feelings. Love, anger, happiness or even sadness. He is a numb sociopath who hurts people.
