I am rewriting the chapters of my life one step at a time, little by little, until I find myself again. Join me in my journey after love, after downfall, after heartaches.

This poem is mainly about my morning anxiety, waking up to pure dread and being unable to sleep as my mind is constantly battling negative thoughts, before realising to live in the present moment where everything is in fact calm. I know this poem is very short but that is my writing style! Also note this is my first time on wattpad so I'm not familiar with writing poems on here! Thank you for reading

Life is a roller coaster ride every phase has a lesson to teach. Even a bad memory is memory anyway. This is a 30 Day Song Challenge consisting of songs that's about being yourself, loving yourself, respecting yourself, etc. We all have our insecurities and some times they stop us from being who we are or saying what we want so badly to say. I believe we all want to be heard one way or another and loving yourself is the beginning step of that. I also believe you can't love others until you truly love yourself. So I made this and its incredibly mainstream and I apologise for that but really haven't been introduced to different types of artists that I like in different genres. I hope its still enjoyable.
