Blossona the Rainbow Powerpuff Girls was created by Bea, Lira, Holograni, Light Elemental Hero Neos and Blarick the Hellfire Rowdyruff Boys was created by Joben, Daro, Hologano, Dark Elemental Villain Neos; and Blossona was the Daughter of Bea the Mother of all Heroes and Blarick was the Son of Joben the Father of all Villains and Blossona and Blarick will be the role to protected the Powerpuff Girls World.

Blossom, who is head of the Student Counselor and top of her class, keeps having to deal with the infamous class clown and Bad Boy, Butch. Butch is always trying to throw her off her game and get her to drop her "Little Miss Perfect" facade, but she's not having it. She needs high school to be perfect, so she can get into Harvard University, her dream school. With the help of her sisters, she tries to take what Butch and his brothers throw at her. But who will win this high school rivalry, the Powerpuff Girls or the Rowdyruff Boys?

The powerpuff girls and the rowdyruff boys have been enemies since day one. they fight constantly but neither side wins, so when the girls get tired of the constant fighting and decide to ask them to fight along side them and live with them.
