However, hunting is difficult. It takes a lot of patience when it comes to finding the prey, and it takes a lot of skill to put it down. Especially if the prey is also a predator, hunting everything that moves Alex is a huntress, and she knows what she's doing. She knows how to kill a werewolf, she knows how to kill a selkie, a vampire, a wendigo. She knows how to kill feral creatures that's out for human blood. But what she doesn't know yet, but will have to learn, is how to teach someone else this knowledge.

Tabitha Tiny was a short, plump and unfortunately named girl. She lived in Magna Kirchhoff, the biggest and best city in the Conglomerate Kingdom. Apart from the tyranny of her Gran, Tabitha had a perfectly acceptable life. She made many gadgets, ate many pies, bunked off school ocassionally, and spent much of her remaining time thinking about airships. Tabitha's life is ruined, however, when Magna Kirchhoff is destroyed in suspicious circumstances and she is kidnapped by the equally suspicious Lord Shrewsberry. To make matters worse, her sudden and incredibly inconvenient amnesia means that nobody believes her story, certainly not the Police, and not even herself at times. Meanwhile, a series of odd and highly criminal activities begin to happen around her...
