This only worsens as Sherlock's case, involving a deadly plague ravaging the city of London, develops, and a darker world of criminals challenges the Great Detective to a game of cat and mouse. Can their love survive the case or will it lead to their downfall? Can Sherlock use his heart as well as his mind to protect his friends and family, and still solve the case in time?

Sherlock is a girl's name, so it's perfectly realistic for a girl to be named Sherlock. And let's pretend her last name just so happens to be Holmes. My name is John Hamish Watson. I was an army doctor in Afghanistan, but returned to London a couple of years ago on account that I was shot in the left shoulder. I became flatmates with Sherlock Holmes, who had declared himself the world's only consulting detective. He was standoffish, sarcastic, sociopathic, and incredibly intelligent and observant. We became best friends. I would go with him on cases that Scotland Yard couldn't figure out for the life of them, and would be astounded as Sherlock used the simplest of clues to solve the case. I wrote down every detail of the cases as Sherlock solved them, and I have now put them in short story form. Sherlock calls it the science of deduction, I call it The Deduction of Holmes. in present day London Sherlock Holmes is walking home to appartment 221B. sherlock spots a gold glowing object in the stream near his appartment. when sherlock takes a closer look at the object he learns that it is a ring ( the one ring) one ring to rule them all. sherlock takes the ring home and starts to put on his finger when he starts having visions of a mythical enchanting land with many different creatures through these visions sherlock learns of the rings heritage.

First of all, nope. This is not the original Sherlock Holmes story. Nevertheless, my original work. Sir Arthur was an amazing author and I admire his wit and humor. Though I do know that I cannot really mimic his style, I attempted to create a short story about sherlock holmes in his way of writing. This is my first one so I hope you enjoy it.

Sherlock is not an expert in love. He had never known any sort of affection before...but when he arrives at Baskerville University, he meets John--this blue-eyed boy, this rugby player, this new roommate. They get along well, and when Sherlock begins to receive mysterious notes from an anonymous source, John teams up with him to solve the crimes being committed.
