We feel the need to change anything and everything. We then start changing. Our weight. Our image. Even the way we act. Sometimes people start fighting with themselves when there's nothing to fight. When in reality they should change nothing. Everyone is perfect the way they are. If you or someone you know is having troubles with depression, anorexia, anxiety, or more. Get help quickly.
