Skye Woode is a normal-ish fourteen year old. Only, strange things keep happening to her. When Skye almost dies on the bus ride to school, her day doesn't get better. Her History teacher seems onto her strange abilities, and it doesn't help when her friend from California suddenly shows up in Idaho. On top of that, government agents are wanting to recruit her to use her powers. After a kidnapping attempt, Skye finds herself in the Clearing, a safe haven for people like her, people with powers. Skye learns to harness her powers and rebel against the government, but the worst is not over yet.

This is the story that I wrote during the 2015-16 National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) contest thingy... and I decided to put it on here. Because why not? The Good and Bad. These two organizations were created long ago, during the time of coloization. Every 20 years, an individual is chosen by the Elements themselves to be able to wield the 5th and 6th Elements: Light and Shadow. This individual is known as an Omnes. And for centuries, the Terra Osores have been trying to obtain these individuals... Enter Idaline "Ida" Cyprus. She is yet to find out she is indeed this individual. Idaline is taken to Terra Arbor and it is then known she is an Omnes. What'll happen when Terra Osores finds out that Terra Arbor has a Newborn Omnes, a person that still can't control their newfound power?
