William Pennell) This style as a whole covers standing ranges, basic strikes and mobility, ground defense, stick and knife defense, handling multiple opponents, teaching, and finally, what do you do when you're injured during a fight and still need to engage? All of these 14 levels create well-rounded fighter with the goal of personal empowerment for self defense. You never want to fight, but you will end the fight if you have to!
