Psychological/Cosmic Horror themes, loosely based around pieces of work similar to The King In Yellow by Robert Chambers and a couple of my other favorites I've read.

A scarred man. A faded past. What brings him here to edge of sanctuary? Alas tales are but mere stories that teeters between the improbable and the truth. (A short snippet I wrote once for a weekly event sometime ago. Out of context, it might not make much sense or even seem as much but within context of the story I've tagged, it's much, much more interesting but that's a given I suppose ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . It's a called Magium, a CYOA optionally free of charge. Go read it. Embrace it. Be embroiled in it. Have a laugh or two as you do and reflect on the story the further you go. It's not quite as heavy as this is, but it's always worth a try if you somewhat enjoy these few measly chapters.)

Many times in this life my thoughts have turned black, or at least cloudy gray. Other times I simply wrote as the words fell from my mind, as if a pile of woodcarving scraps. This work is a compilation of some of those thoughts.

I'm Kyle Raymond, a 17 year old teenager, I'm often seen as bizarre teenager but I don't care as long as I'm who I am. That's the golden rule that love bypassed where a girl changed me frantically, but it was soon that I realized that love is the way. -------------------------- Author's note: (I started writing this book last year on my phone so I'm apologizing in advance for any spelling mistakes. Also I'll be being posting the book chapter by chapter so if you have any suggestions you can dm me)

There is a place somewhere out there that cannot be reached by normal means. Nobody knows that it exists, and not even the few that do know for sure what it is, but it's certain that it's not a good place. It's a place where all the nightmares are collected into one. Each nightmare is given a physical form based on what it was, from terrains spread across several miles to fortresses touching the sky. But in the end, the physical form is always some kind of location. And with each new nightmare dreamt by a child or adult alike, that place grows, further expanding its land-mass for anyone unfortunate enough to find its way to it. That place is called the nightmare cluster. The story tells of a man named Nate Freed. Nate found himself suddenly in the nightmare cluster. How did he get there? He doesn't know. What is he supposed to there? He doesn't know. The only thing he knows is that he has a soft feminine voice sitting in his head, constantly repeating the same line over and over: "Find it". But what is 'it'? Not even Nate knows, and when the voice was asked about it, she simply replied: "you'll know it when you see it". Vague as it may be, Nate must find whatever he is looking for and leave the horror which is the nightmare cluster. But unfortunately for Nate, before he could finish his search in one area, he somehow meets an unfortunate end, dying miserably, only to reappear in a different location in the cluster, whole once more and completely unharmed. There is no proper explanation to how Nate manages to defy death over and over as he searches for 'it', but death means nothing to him, as the only thing that he cares about the find that thing and end the voice once and for all. Nate relentlessly searches for that thing among the many highlights of each location in the nightmare cluster as he dies over and over, reappearing in another area and continuing his search, while completely disregarding what happened seconds before.

The biting, cool metal of the dagger seems to pierce against the soft skin of Harry's palms, crimson staining the silver. Harry almost laughed too, when Draco's grip on him grew slack. Harry hated him. Oh, he loathed him. The bond they shared over something as horrid as two boys locked in a dark closet, primary-coloured boards flashing against the windows.

Parfois plusieurs jours durant, les mots m'appellent et me réveillent. Parfois, pendant plusieurs jours durant, ils me laissent tranquille. Welcome in my religion.
