It is the year 2042 on Earth, fifteen years after the cataclysmic war against the Cylons.   Humanity is building a great fleet and Battlestars and other ships of space.  In two years' time, the largest Battlestars every constructed will lead a fleet on a mission back to the Twelve Colonies.
