Delia Ramone lives in a world of magic. Humans bend elements to their will. There are four classes. Tempests act as Zeus and shake the sky with thunder. Crets make the earth shake and mountains cower. Glacies rule all things cold. Delia is a Calorn. Calorns can make toast and light cigarettes.

Calorns are seen as undesirables in this world due to an extremist during the Elemental War. Sounds like Avatar, I know. Racism shakes her whole life, and one night she gets fed up. But she's not the only one..
