17-year-old Yasmine knows this all too well. Her whole life came crashing down in a single moment. A single explosion. With her home destroyed and everyone she knew dead, Yasmine had nowhere to go. All she wanted was to run away from this horrendous country, to stop the nightmares, to forget.
That's when she meets Asim , a young, charming man, promising to guide her to a place where she could start over. Promising to take away all her worries. But young Asim isn't all that he seems and has problems of his own. Problems that he is determined to find a solution too. And if that means using random people he happens to meet on way, then that's what he will do.
Yasmine, in the midst of her bad fortune, doesn't realize that making the decision to blindly trust Asim is a decision that she would soon come to regret.
