The things Illustra didn't know protected her for millenia, as the perfect guardian angel. Now that she has started to hear whispers of deceit and tales of lies how can she reconcile her existence with her blissful ignorance. As an angel she should be able to protect her charges, but who will protect her from the hidden dangers in the Promised Land? She is further confused by the Demon King, the most evil entity in existence -by definition- and yet he might just be the only person who is telling her the truth. Just because it's not what she wants to hear doesn't mean it isn't true. Before she can trust anything she has to find the truth for herself. Will she fight for the forces of good? Or will she be fighting the forces of good? Will she condemn the Demon King? Or will she fall further into his arms than she already has?
