Dirty Little Secret (Shails)

this isn't my top ship but this is my second favorite ship. now some info on the story.
Tails and Sonic have finally defeated Eggman for the final time and peace has mostly fallen over Mobius. Except Shadow and Sonic's rivalry has escalated to a physical level where they both go home bleeding and tails has taken it upon himself to care for both of them. Causing sonic to get mad and start treating tails rudely. All of sonic's friends either join sonic and treat tails wrong or do the opposite, how will his life change from this point on?
