Thirteen-year-old Silas is waiting for the day when guards come and remove his memories leaving him an empty shell. He has lived on a human farm his whole life and knows that escape is not possible, but he can’t stop thinking about it. Especially when his older sister Malina fears her time will be coming soon. Ever since he was separated from his parents, Malina has taken care of him and now it’s Silas’ turn. He has to escape and take her with him.
But when the farm owner comes to visit, things go from bad to worse. The other kids in the farm are unhappy with the way they are treated and rising emotions threaten to ruin all of Silas’ plans. The owner’s son singles Silas out and the extra attention brings Silas under the owner’s microscope. But worst of all, Malina herself isn’t sure she wants to hang on. It is up to Silas to figure the plan out and fast. If he fails, all he cares about will be lost.

They're hunting us and we're on the run. We're always on the run and it's getting tiring but we can't stop. Not after I promised them that we would not be caught. Liam and Chloe were born with two different abilities which is extremely rare as most people are born with only one ability. With the looming war with the other realms in sight, the government has formed a new organisation to recruit reliths who are people with two abilities to train them and to fight in the war. People have been trying to escape the hands of the organisation as they have learnt about what they do to the reliths. The reliths go through various experiments in order to enhance their abilities. It usually ends with the reliths dying. Even if they made it through the experiments, they had to suffer with the beatings they received to make them tougher . When the government came to Liam's and Chloe's house to check for their abilities,they knew they had to escape. Together, Liam and Chloe made their escape and left their old life behind.Complete
The End
We all were hiding in random places, apparently any place we could find. There were a ton of zombies, the whole place was full of them. Many people from our group were lost to the virus. Muffled voices, blurred vision and heavy breathes were heard. The ship which everyone had longed for soon arrived. The plan was to run to the ship and never look back. The ferry was anchored at the harbor and on the signal, everyone ran for their precious lives, not daring to look back. Some people couldn't make it in 'The End' .
