Being the typical, goal-oriented and ambitious journalist, Luculia Frazer never wanted marriage for she believes that marriage can only hinder her freedom. She hates men as she was constantly a victim of their perversion.

But all changed when Klausse Schneider-the handsome, overly serious, rich, possessive and perfect-Soldier Uncle of her bestfriend appeared on her doorstep asking to court her.

"No. My answer is a no."

"Why is that?" usisa ni Klausse. "Why can't I court you?"

"Cause you're-" hinagod ni Luculia ng tingin ang binata from head to toe. "You're Klausse Schneider... my bff's uncle and all. It's awkward!" Nakita niya ang pagtaas ng kilay nito. "And-I don't have plans of getting married. In short, I don't like men!"

"Are you a lesbian?"

Putcha. Please, pigilan niyo ako. Makakapatay ako ng General. Kulang nalang at masasapak na ni Luculia ang lalaki.

"I'm not!" She hissed. "Ayoko lang mag asawa. Period. Walang kasunod!"

"Why?" muling tanong ni Klausse.

"Kasi magmamadre ako!" She yelled. "Therefore, binabasted na kita...." She looked at his face. "... Tsong."

"Mahirap mabuhay ng nag-iisa," makahulugang turan ni Klausse.

"Pero-"

"Whether you say yes or no, it's final. I'm making ligaw-court you. End of conversation" he said seriously. "Period. Walang kasunod."

And thats how their journey to an elusive love began.
