Mae Clemonds is from a family of successful artists and is visiting her cousin Tony Clemonds who has lived in Outer Banks the last two years. Very first day there she runs into a blondie with a smart mouth just like her. Everyone around them notices the chemistry between them, even they can tell. But will their fear of opening up to someone stop them from being with the person they are meant to be with?
