The red royal carpets stained with blood of his father and a few soldiers. The amber bright amber lights reflecting off on the puddles of blood. He clutched the gun in his hand, his eyes now focused on the limp hand hanging down the throne. "Father, please," He croaked out, his voice resounding in the horrid room. "I didn't do it, you can't die like this!" He yelled, staring at the lifeless blue eyes of his father, Charlton. The 70th Emperor of the Ceterrian Empire, now dead. William knew it was too late to do anything now. He was now going to pay for the crimes he never committed. He would have to run. Flee from his Empire to the very country that ruined his life several times, over and over again. ____________________________ William Ephriam Everleigh, the third prince of the Ceterrian empire. This is the one and only first draft I've written so mistakes are expected in the writing style, not plot. The plot is worked out and well-skimmed through before posting.
