So, for everybody thinking this title is familiar, it is.
Cloverkit, the youngest of four littermates, is a harbinger for a prophecy that is meant to bring the Clans together.
Half-blooded and half-hearted, she becomes a Medicine Cat, hoping she could make a difference in her clan for the better, but doubting that it will work. Her siblings become warriors, and she learns quickly that this is the best place for her. Fighting isn't her style, anyway.
She believes, despite her prophecy, that she isn't meant for much, until she's drawn away into an adventure that could mean sacrifice.
I miss this book, and I'm happy to rewrite the absolute sh*tshow that was the 2018 version.

Keenkit always figured he and his littermates were normal kits who would all become apprentices and be able to train together. But when a strange cat takes his sister out of StreamClan on the day of their apprentice ceremony, he quickly realizes such hope has become impossible. Sunpaw just wants to prove to his clan, BreezeClan that he can become a great warrior. But it isn't as easy as it sounds. Even though his rival apprentice Slowpaw is much younger than him, he is always beaten in battle training and he can never catch nearly as much prey. His mentor doesn't make it any better either. Pounceheart is always treating him like some helpless kit and he worries he'll never be able to complete his warrior assessment. Being a healer who suffers from severe anxiety isn't easy, but Twitchpaw knows as long as her mentor is there, she can get through it. Everyone swoons over her, sympathising with her, caring for her, when all she wants is for cats not to do that, to listen. However, when StarClan tell her of this evil, she may get the chance to prove herself to everyone. Rockpaw feels like an outcast, everyday being hated on by his Clanmates for seeing things differently. So when the chance to prove them wrong comes up, he doesn't give it a second thought. But the evil still resides, and Rockpaw might know more about it then he's letting on, even to himself. Greyshard, as a former kittypet, has always thought of life in the Clans as challenging. For her, everything seems to go wrong. Every plan, every schedule, every patrol - ends up in a disaster, and its always because of her. Swiftflight has recently broken free of Ashfur's trap, but immediately finds himself in a new one - he is now a fully loyal, dedicated ThunderClan warrior, but many of his Clanmates struggle to see that. And while Goldenshine has felt immense relief in seeing her son attempt to redeem himself, she carries her own share of burdens - her sister, Snowflight, has still not been released from Snowstorm, Swiftflight's best friend, and the reason for this is still a complete mystery. It all begins with Swiftkit. He is born as an innocent newcomer to the clan. He is strong and independent, but his morals quickly change when he is visited by the most hated cat in all of the Clans. ***DISCLAIMER*** The time gap between Chapter 7 and Chapter 8 is literally a YEAR, so, I must warn you that the cleanliness of Chapter 8 and onwards completely emulates the first seven chapters of this book. I certainly don't think that they are BAD, but I am definitely going to fix them up once I've got more time (just some little grammar tweaks, updating plot points, and fixing some dialogue). So, just keep that in mind when you read this. I hope you still enjoy!
