So, for everybody thinking this title is familiar, it is.
Cloverkit, the youngest of four littermates, is a harbinger for a prophecy that is meant to bring the Clans together.
Half-blooded and half-hearted, she becomes a Medicine Cat, hoping she could make a difference in her clan for the better, but doubting that it will work. Her siblings become warriors, and she learns quickly that this is the best place for her. Fighting isn't her style, anyway.
She believes, despite her prophecy, that she isn't meant for much, until she's drawn away into an adventure that could mean sacrifice.
I miss this book, and I'm happy to rewrite the absolute sh*tshow that was the 2018 version.

Warriors: The New Clans
A cat named Roaring Tiger is given a message. Things known as a clan will start up, and he must be the one to make it happen. Gathering certain cats, he raises them to understand about clan life. The story starts off with a young she-cat named Sage. She was chosen to be one of the four leaders. He is strong and independent, but his morals quickly change when he is visited by the most hated cat in all of the Clans. ***DISCLAIMER*** The time gap between Chapter 7 and Chapter 8 is literally a YEAR, so, I must warn you that the cleanliness of Chapter 8 and onwards completely emulates the first seven chapters of this book. I certainly don't think that they are BAD, but I am definitely going to fix them up once I've got more time (just some little grammar tweaks, updating plot points, and fixing some dialogue). So, just keep that in mind when you read this. I hope you still enjoy! Keenkit always figured he and his littermates were normal kits who would all become apprentices and be able to train together. But when a strange cat takes his sister out of StreamClan on the day of their apprentice ceremony, he quickly realizes such hope has become impossible. Sunpaw just wants to prove to his clan, BreezeClan that he can become a great warrior. But it isn't as easy as it sounds. Even though his rival apprentice Slowpaw is much younger than him, he is always beaten in battle training and he can never catch nearly as much prey. His mentor doesn't make it any better either. Pounceheart is always treating him like some helpless kit and he worries he'll never be able to complete his warrior assessment. Being a healer who suffers from severe anxiety isn't easy, but Twitchpaw knows as long as her mentor is there, she can get through it. (I cringe at this every day now. It's not too horribly written, but it is rushed and disorganized. Please know this isn't a representation of my current work.) Two kits, same pelts, opposite souls. Blessedkit, born to ShadowClan parents, discovers quickly that he is quite "special" in the eyes of his Clanmates. His brother, Rottenkit, is presumably a filthy-hearted cat who would have become a murderer if he had been allowed to be, and therefore was murdered in the womb by StarClan. And now, Blessedkit's become the unwilling celebrity of not just ShadowClan, but all four Clans. As time progresses and Blessedkit is driven further to madness by the constant unwarranted praise of his Clanmates, it's eventually clear that StarClan made the wrong choice.Complete

Rockpaw feels like an outcast, everyday being hated on by his Clanmates for seeing things differently. So when the chance to prove them wrong comes up, he doesn't give it a second thought. But the evil still resides, and Rockpaw might know more about it then he's letting on, even to himself. Greyshard, as a former kittypet, has always thought of life in the Clans as challenging. For her, everything seems to go wrong. Every plan, every schedule, every patrol - ends up in a disaster, and its always because of her.
