Greg is a 19 year old aspiring computer engineer. He is an honor student taking up a degree in one of the top performing universities in the Philippines. Liz on the other hand, is an 18 year old student nurse. She is a studying in London's finest nursing school. She is an academic achiever as well.

For 10 years, these two have been separated from each other when Liz's mother immigrated to the UK with her entire family. They were friends since kindergarten. They were like two sides of a coin, they were inseparable. However, due to the move, all connection between them have been severed.

One autumn morning, their paths will again meet. Is this a beginning of what could have been had they not been away from each other? Or is this going to end the same way as it did, 10 years ago.
