Prequel to Friend Group Infinity War

Our story begins with a teenage enby who doesn't quite have a name, but goes by X. X has bad trust issues and always thinks they aren't good enough, leading to them not really having friends. Well, they have one friend. This friend is Reon, a person who can control water. In this world, special powers are commonplace and this leads to many villains wandering about. To survive in this world you need to have powers, and luckily everyone does.....well....except for X. X is a special case, they were born without powers. They were a social outcast because of this, and only Reon would take them in. This is the tale of how X saved the world.
