Now what would you do if you were actually not really yourself but still you?

Quite the confusing question but that is what is happening to Izuku Midoriya. The poor guy managed to get through into another universe where he himself is not a boy but a girl!!! Now on top of that, every single one of his friends and everyone he knows switched gender too!!

Oh what should he think about that?

AND more importantly... How is he to go back?!
