Nash Hayes is the opposite of a normal boy. Being gay, quiet, artistic, and transgender he finds it hard to call a place home or feel accepted. Nash has never been good at sports, so when he's forced to play boys' lacrosse he isn't very satisfied. The only good thing about sports is Sam Carter, Nash's childhood crush.
