villains aren't born (darling, they're made)

Akaashi Keijji lost the most important person in his life due to the carelessness of the government and their so-called 'heroes'. He becomes a well known vigilante, but misunderstanding taints his reputation and puts him at the top of the most wanted list. He comes in contact with a new hero who had just finished his training and he's giving him a run for his money. Can Akaashi- or Kotori, as his code name suggests, avoid getting caught? Or will he get a little too close for comfort and discover the shocking truths about his past that will change everything?

Or- Akaashi Keiji and his two roommates (Kuroo and Kenma) attempt to change society for the better by *technically* committing crimes.
