Love Amongst the Wave

Naia has daddy issues; her dad left her mom when she was young and married another woman. She has two siblings, and her family is middle class. At a very young age, she witnessed her mother being abused by her father. This continued until her twin siblings were born. She had to take on the role of a father to the twins.

Naia is a student at the University of the Philippines, a scholar pursuing her dream of becoming a doctor for some reason. Timothy is a student at La Salle, pursuing his degree to become a pilot. Others say he is a womanizer, but he claims he is just friendly.

Naia has had a long-time crush since high school. She confessed her feelings but got rejected.
