Each kingdom lived in peace separately. Four species, four royal families. Each royal family carried a generational gift. The Aimai were the royal family of the fae kingdom. A portion of the land that was bathed in secrets and deception.
Ruyara Aimai was the eldest daughter and heir to the throne. She was excellent in her studies, precise with a daito, and a prodigy in combat. Her powers? Had yet to surface.
Malakai, the first demon of his kind awakened from his prison after centuries in a dorment slumber. He found himself in a permanently weakened state and magically bound to an infant fae royal, Ruyara.
The truth couldn't be hidden for long after Ruyara openly revealed her powers by accident at an annual ball and fatally injured a royal member of another species. Keep in mind, in this realm, it is an eye for an eye.
